The Continental Cup is Cleveland’s biggest multi-sport tournament, hosted annually around July 4.
The Continental Cup features tournaments in soccer, basketball, baseball and volleyball.
The Greater Cleveland Sports Commission established the Continental Cup in 2007.
Partnered with the National Basketball Academy, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission will offer its first ever recruiting showcase in basketball this summer.
The National Basketball Academy has opened its overnight camp, hosted at Baldwin Wallace College, to all participants of the Continental Cup.
The Cleveland Cavaliers Overnight Camp features drills and games with the best youth basketball coaches in the city along with an appearance from a Cleveland Cavaliers player.
In partnership with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the National Basketball Academy is proud to present the 2013 Continental Cup! This tournament is open to teams from around the world and will be hosted in Cleveland, Ohio this summer. Championship games will take place at Quicken Loans Arena and participants have the opportunity to take part in multiple tourism excursions around the city.
Tournament participants are invited to stay in Cleveland for the Cleveland Cavaliers Overnight Camp immediately following the tournament. Camp includes opportunities to meet the pros and learn from the best coaches in the business. All campers leave with a camp t-shirt, basketball and other great giveaways!
Elite tournament players are invited to participate in the Academy’s Elite Recruiting Showcase. This event will train players in the finer details of the game and pit them against top-level competition. The program also includes seminars to teach players how to get recruited by college programs.
