Since being offered a chance to join TNBA Girls’ program coaching staff in 2018 Coach Dee, jumped to the opportunity. Since joining he has been an Assistant Coach, now Head Coach of our 2024 Girl’s program. Along with coaching, he is a Skills and Development trainer, Orlando Magic Camp Director, and Program Director.

Coach Dee has been coaching/training since 2002 and he has lived on “Never Settle, Keep Striving for Greatness.” This simply means that no matter how “good” or “bad” one may think they are, they shouldn’t accept and/or be satisfied with their current situation. If they continue to working hard at their craft daily, they will see improvement.
Coach Dee also believe that everything is built from the ground up, this is why footwork is very important to him. He will hold you and your feet accountable to your game, making it seamless to go from one move to the next.
