Picked up the ball when I was 9 years old, immediately fell in love with the game

3 years youth coordinator/youth manager for small program in South Germany
Joined premiere youth program in Germany + well known in Europe (Porsche Basketball Academy Ludwigsburg)
1 year assistant in highest U16 league in Germany (JBBL)
3 years Head Coach u14 team – in addition to competing for south german regional
championship every year, competed in European Youth Basketball League
Won U15 European Basketball League regular seasn tournament
3 years assistant coach U19 – including an undefeated season in 2020/2021, before COVID break; competed in Euroleagues Adidas Next Generation Tournament in Valencia and Munich
Selected for scholarship to Germany’s highest coaching degree (only 6 coaches get selected every year) – 3 years of taking basketball classes
coached in 9 different countries – including TNBA overnight summer camp in 2017

I see myself as a gardener – planting seeds and watering the plants as they keep growing and flourishing
I want to create players, not robots
High value on the mental part of growth/development – My goal is that my players enjoy the process, enjoy adversity and bring out their inner diamond, shaped through pressure. I want them to understand, that nothing in this life will be given to them. They have to bring the willingness to learn and the motor to push themselves to exhaustion, without anybody telling them.
