Tyler is a native Houstonian who attended Cypress Lakes before finishing his high school career at The Pro-Vision Academy. Played college basketball at Indiana Tech, and is finishing his dual degree at the University of Houston in Political Science and Strategic Communications.

2017-18 Redshirt, served in the Warrior Athletic Representatives, a student athlete advisory committee. Was the only freshman in the athletic department nominated to represent his team.
2018-19 Served a second term in the Warrior Athletic Representatives.
TNBA Career
Joined The National Basketball Academy in September 2023. Tyler is a skills trainer and boys AAU coach who enjoys giving back to those who love the game of basketball and want to learn and improve their skills.
